Get Stronger or originally Min träningsdagbok is a social workout site created by Christian Carlsson with focus on weightlifting.
First click here to create a new exercise (if you dosen't have any yet) then just click here to create your workout.
Just click and drag the -icon next to the title of the exercise. You can also click
to move the exercise up or down one step. This is possible in both completed workouts and your workout routines.
Click on to the right of your reps and select the corresponding option.
Files with the extension of jpg, bmp, png, gif, mp4, mov, webm, avi, 3gp, flv, m4v, mpg, wmv, mpeg, mkv, xlsx, xls, txt, odt, doc, docx or csv.
