How do I create a workout?
First
click here
to create a new exercise (if you dosen't have any yet) then just
click here
to create your workout.
How do I sort my exercises in a workout?
Just click and drag the
-icon next to the title of the exercise. You can also click
to move the exercise up or down one step. This is possible in both completed workouts and your workout routines.
Is it possible to delete a workout routine without deleting any completed workouts?
Yes, it's possible.
I had a set with dead stop or negative reps, how do I register that?
Click on
to the right of your reps and select the corresponding option.
Which file types is fine to upload?
Files with the extension of jpg, bmp, png, gif, mp4, mov, webm, avi, 3gp, flv, m4v, mpg, wmv, mpeg, mkv, xlsx, xls, txt, odt, doc, docx or csv.
